Autoprint Checkmate 50 is a high-speed imaging revolution designed to ensure 100% defect-free print products. It automates the inspection process, eliminating expensive manual labor while significantly enhancing process speed and accuracy for premium packaging.
Precision Multi-Camera Monitoring
Equipped with a three-camera array for 360-degree monitoring: a 4K color tri-linear camera for printing defects, a dedicated B&W camera for foil/embossing errors, and a bottom camera to detect contaminants like insects on the reverse side.
High-Speed Detection & Segregation
Engineered for industrial productivity, the system operates at speeds up to 300 meters per minute. A fail-proof pneumatic ejection system works in tandem with the cameras to instantly segregate good and defective cartons into separate stacks.
Specialized Error Detection
Powerful software algorithms identify the minutest flaws that escape the human eye, including ink smudges, color variations, misregistration, missing characters, foil stamping irregularities, and even small scratches or clusters.
Intelligent Media Handling
Features a bottom feeding system with an in-built vibrator and a vacuum belt that holds cartons firmly during high-speed inspection. An ultrasonic double-sheet detector automatically rejects overlapping sheets to ensure every single unit is inspected.
Comprehensive Reporting & Control
Equipped with an ergonomically placed touch panel for easy configuration and model tuning. The software generates region-wise online statistical reports for corrective actions, while all defective images are archived in a database for future analysis.
