The Autoprint Reckoner VDP 65 is an advanced digital inkjet system designed for the high-speed application of variable data. It allows businesses to print unique serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and personalized images onto pre-printed offset or digital sheets, providing a seamless bridge between traditional print and digital customization.
Precision Inkjet Mounting & Adjustment
Equipped with versatile inkjet heads ranging from 0.5" to 4", which can be stitched together or operated independently. The heads are mounted on a firm guide system that allows for precise "Up & Down" and lateral adjustments, ensuring the print layout matches the specific requirements of every job.
Intelligent Sheet Feeding & Registration
Features a single-sheet suction foot feeder combined with an ultrasonic double-sheet detector to prevent feed errors. An extra-long conveyor table with ball guidance and a side registration system ensures each sheet is perfectly aligned before reaching the inkjet heads for consistent print placement.
Vacuum Table & Conveyor Stability
To maintain pinpoint accuracy during high-speed printing, the machine is fitted with a vacuum hold-down table. This powerful suction system keeps sheets firmly in place on the extra-long conveyor, eliminating paper movement and ensuring crisp, smudge-free inkjet results across the entire run.
Advanced Sensing & Control Technology
The system utilizes a high-precision encoder and color sensor to track each sheet in real-time. This information is communicated to a specialized high-speed computer and controller, allowing the inkjet heads to fire accurately according to the pre-set digital layout and current machine speed.
Integrated Finishing & Stacking
The Reckoner VDP 65 offers built-in versatility with provisions for vertical perforation, creasing, and half-cutting in the direction of paper travel. The workflow is completed by an automatic delivery stacker with a receding pile and sensor, which maintains an exact pile height for easy post-print handling.
