Autoprint Dextra 80 HF is a high-versatility finishing system that combines heavy-duty die-punching with advanced hot foil stamping. Designed to add significant value to every print job, it allows for eye-catching glossy, matte, metallic, or holographic patterns on packaging and commercial prints.
Advanced Hot Foil Unit
Equipped with a specialized hot foil facility, this unit enables precision application of foils for logos, captions, and key lines. The system features a 2-step foil pulling mechanism driven by high-accuracy motors, allowing for complex designs and efficient foil utilization with minimal wastage.
High-Precision Stream Feeding
The machine utilizes a robust stream feeding system that ensures continuous sheet movement for stocks ranging from 80 to 600 gsm. Its suction device separates and lifts paper precisely from the tail-end, while pull-in rollers feed the paper into the register board as a continuous stream.
Multi-Zone Heating Control
To ensure perfect foil transfer across the entire sheet, the Dextra 80 HF features an advanced heating plate with multiple independent heating zones. This allows operators to maintain uniform temperature distribution or adjust specific areas based on the complexity of the design.
Pinpoint Registration System
Features a three-point register system for precise positioning during high-speed runs. The register board is fitted with adjustable runners and brush rollers, complemented by a pull-type side lay on both sides to ensure perfect alignment for multi-pass jobs or intricate foil stamping.
Intelligent PLC & Safety Management
The system is managed via a centralized touch-screen PLC control panel with patented software for maintaining register quality. It includes a maintenance guidance program and comprehensive operator safety guards, ensuring a secure and reliable high-volume production environment.
