History
Helios was founded in Dubai as a specialist large format print media supplier, laying the groundwork for what would become a leading equipment distributor in the UAE and GCC.
Helios expanded beyond print media into comprehensive equipment solutions, adding wide format printers, laminators, and cutting plotters to serve the full production needs of UAE sign and print businesses. This growth was formally recognized in 2011 when Helios achieved HP Gold Partner status—a testament to the company's technical capability and growing reputation as a trusted regional distributor.
Over a decade of sustained growth, Helios evolved into a full-spectrum solutions provider — covering the entire production chain from printing and cutting to finishing, inks, software, and display systems.
Helios pushed into digital cutting, embellishment, and post-press finishing — rounding out its portfolio and establishing new distribution partnerships across the UAE and GCC.

With over 15 years of deep industry experience, he combines rare technical fluency — spanning wide-format printing, signage, and advertising production technology — with sharp sales acumen and a forward-looking vision for bringing innovative, new solutions to the region. Rajee Raghavan is a co-founder of Helios Business Systems LLC and a veteran of the UAE print and signage industry, with over 30 years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of print technology.
