Equipped with a highly sophisticated foil pulling architecture, the machine features independently controlled longitudinal and transverse foil feeding shafts driven by high-precision servo motors. This dual-direction capability permits complex foil layouts, eliminates overlapping waste, and ensures optimal foil consumption during intricate logo or hologram stamping runs.
To ensure flawless foil transfer and uniform temperature distribution across the expansive 1050 × 750 mm format, the heating plate is divided into a matrix of multiple independent, digitally controlled heating zones. Operators can fine-tune individual zone temperatures via the main console to compensate for varying design densities, preventing foil burning or incomplete adhesion.
Designed for non-stop industrial output, the machine incorporates a heavy-duty stream feeder with adjustable suction head angles and side-blowing air nozzles to separate heavy boards smoothly. Coupled with an incline-type feed table and an integrated pre-piling facility, it allows operators to stack incoming stock without pausing production.
The high-accuracy registration system features versatile side lays that can switch between pull and push modes to accommodate different stock qualities and thicknesses. Accompanied by multiple front guide sensors and an electro-mechanical double sheet detector, the system guarantees micro-level registration alignment before entering the impression cylinder.
Constructed with an ultra-rigid cast iron frame treated for stress relief, the press handles demanding workflows with ease under high pressure configurations. The main drive features a durable pneumatic clutch-brake system and an anodized aluminum alloy gripper bar assembly, propelled by an augmented-strength imported transmission chain for vibration-free processing at 7500 sph.
