The Autoprint Fine Coat 105 Drip Off is an offline, two-tower automatic coating machine engineered as a high-productivity, eco-friendly alternative to traditional film lamination. By executing striking spot matte and high-gloss reactive effects (drip-off) in a single pass, it allows packaging converters and large commercial printers to dramatically elevate the visual appeal and durability of high-end cartons and corporate literature.

Advanced Twin-Tower Configuration

Built with an innovative 2-tower system, the machine couples a high-end offset priming unit with a dedicated varnish application station. Tower one applies the oil-based matte primer precisely using an intricate 17-roller system (including 3 form rollers and 4 oscillating rollers), while tower two floods the sheet with an aqueous or UV topcoat, triggering the chemical repel that forms the signature textured gloss-matte contrast.

Heavy-Duty Wide Range Feeding

Equipped with a specialized industrial stream feeder featuring distinct pick-up and forwarding suction mechanisms. This architecture provides seamless, continuous sheet handling across an expansive material range from thin 60 gsm papers up to heavy 600 gsm boards, making it uniquely versatile for both publishing and rigid packaging requirements.

Integrated Inter-Deck UV Technology

To ensure crisp definition between the contrasting coating layers, an intelligent Inter-Deck UV curing module is positioned between the processing sections. It features a single 300 W/inch air-cooled lamp equipped with a sensor-controlled automatic shutter mechanism and an Electronic Power Supply (EPS) pack that allows for dynamic 10-100% intensity adjustments.

Smart Roll Declutching & Protection

Designed to lower maintenance costs and extend the service life of consumables, the offset printing unit includes a mechanical declutching layout. This allows operators to completely disengage the entire ink roller unit when standard drip-off effects are not required, protecting rubber rollers from premature friction wear and heat.

Pneumatic Automation & CE Safety

Fully compliant with rigorous CE safety standards, the system features automated roller cleaning, a pneumatic on/off roller impression mechanism, and point-contact star wheels for scuff-free paper transfer. The machine includes centralized automatic lubrication and optical jam sensors that instantly kill the feeder and UV lamp hoods to prevent internal fire hazards.
