Integrated Infrared Heating & Drying
To ensure prints are dry and ready for finishing immediately, the ES1802 comes equipped with a comprehensive heating and drying system. This includes both an Infrared Ray (IR) dryer and a cooling fan system, which work together to speed up evaporation and prevent ink smudging during high-speed runs.
Durable Industrial Build Quality
Designed for the rigors of a busy production environment, the machine features high-end components such as a German-made cable system and a double-motor media transmit device. The printhead height is adjustable between 2-8mm, allowing for safe and accurate printing on materials of varying thicknesses.
Flexible Software & Control Interface
The system offers multiple RIP software options, including Maintop or SAi PhotoPRINT, allowing operators to integrate the printer into their existing workflows seamlessly.
