Multi-Functional Tooling System
Equipped with a dual-head configuration, the machine supports a wide array of specialized tools. It comes standard with an Electric Oscillating Tool for thick materials, a Creasing Tool for folding lines, and a Kiss-Cut Tool for stickers, as well as V-Cut and Drawing Pen attachments for comprehensive prototype and production needs.
Automated Loading & Vacuum Handling
Engineered for maximum efficiency, the system features an automatic loading vacuum working table. The 4-section independent vacuum area ensures that materials—ranging from thin films to 10mm thick foam boards—are held firmly in place during high-speed cutting for consistent accuracy.
CCD Positioning & Registration
To ensure pinpoint precision on pre-printed materials, the SmartCutter is equipped with a high-resolution CCD Camera system. This technology automatically recognizes registration marks to correct for any material misalignment, maintaining a strict cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm.
Robust Industrial Construction
The entire machine is welded with a thick square seamless steel structure and treated with high temperatures to ensure a super long service life without deformation. The cutting platform features an aluminum honeycomb structure, which is both sound-absorbing and highly resistant to warping under pressure.
Intelligent Safety & Compatibility
Designed for ease of use and safety, the machine is equipped with infrared sensors and emergency stop devices to protect operators. It is fully compatible with major design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD, utilizing an Ethernet connection for stable data transmission.
