The FY-VJET350 is a next-generation digital finishing system designed to add premium tactile effects to printed materials. By utilizing inkjet technology for varnish and foiling, it eliminates the need for traditional screens or dies, making high-end embellishments cost-effective even for short-run digital and offset jobs.
3D Varnish & Embossing Effects
Equipped with high-precision smart sensors and sensitive printhead pressure control, the system delivers variable varnish thickness on demand. Reaching up to 110µm, it creates striking 3D embossing and spot varnish effects that enhance the tactile and visual appeal of cards, covers, and luxury packaging.
High-Speed A3 Production
The system features an advanced in-line foiling unit that works without traditional screens or dies. Varnish-printed images can be immediately followed by foiling with a "blank skipping" function, which reduces foil consumption and ensures precise registration for intricate metallic patterns.
CCD Assisted Registration
To ensure pinpoint accuracy, the FY-VJET350 utilizes a CCD-assisted registration system. This technology automatically detects and corrects for skews or position differences, maintaining a registration tolerance of less than 0.2mm for perfectly aligned enhancements every time.
Versatile Substrate Compatibility
Designed for flexibility, the machine handles a wide variety of materials ranging from 135gsm to 400gsm. It is compatible with coated paper, white cardboard, matte lamination, and soft-touch films, making it ideal for everything from high-end brochures to boutique packaging.
Intelligent Workflow & Interface
